Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Mental health is a challenging field, and at the same time it is truly meaningful and engaging work. We hear this consistently from our staff. We strive to help our staff see what a difference they're making in the lives of children and adults in the community. If you want to discuss your feedback regarding pay and staffing shortages please reach out to amanda.prince@fraser.org and we can discuss. I'll need a bit more information about what area of the organization in order to respond in an informed way. I can also connect you with a member of learning and development if you'd like additional career resources. Thanks again!

Supportive, laid-back culture. Opportunities for growth. Work/life balance.

The cons are outside of their control (county/state policies make the work difficult at times)

Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
