Thank you for this feedback. We love seeing our staff grow professionally and have a great work/life balance. We do strive to offer a competitive benefits package. Currently we offer three different plans at different price points to meet the needs of individuals and families. These packages are in line with rates offered through the ACA. In addition we offer dental and vision at reasonable rates. Our employer paid benefits include Long Term Disability, AD&D, and 403b retirement contribution. Fraser offers a generous PTO package that is used in conjunction with maternity/paternity leave. If you would like to discuss our compensation/benefits package further, please contact amanda.prince@fraser.org and we can explore your options together.

Supportive, laid-back culture. Opportunities for growth. Work/life balance.

Cons

The cons are outside of their control (county/state policies make the work difficult at times)

Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

Cons

Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
