Thank you for your response! Our staff and culture are the core of what makes us excellent. Thank you for being a part of Fraser's high expectations. Regarding compensation, we review market data on an ongoing basis to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package. In 2018, employees were given the opportunity to receive up to a 5% increase on their annual pay as part of our pay for performance program. This is compared to the national average of 2.9% We will continue to evaluate this data throughout the year through our benchmarking process. If you would like to talk further about how compensation is determined for your role, please contact us at AskHR@fraser.org
