Regarding compensation, we review market data on an ongoing basis to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package. In 2018, employees were given the opportunity to receive up to a 5% increase on their annual pay as part of our pay for performance program. This is compared to the national average of 2.9% We will continue to evaluate this data throughout the year through our benchmarking process.
