In most organizations, benefits packages are limited when you accept a part-time role. We do offer career ladders and other internal advancement opportunities that provide a comprehensive benefit and compensation package with full-time status. In addition, pay is determined by ongoing evaluation of benchmarked data that compares wages to other non-profit organizations of similar size in our industry. Pay grades and ranges are built off of this data. This is important to Fraser to ensure we are competitive.
