Fraser Response
7yThank you for taking the time to respond. We agree, working with our clients and families is very rewarding, and staff typically identify co-worker relationships as one of the top reasons they love their job at Fraser.
Our staff is what makes us the best at what we do and they are at the center of our culture. It sounds like you had a challenging situation, you can be assured that the work you provided at Fraser was valued by the organization.
In most organizations, benefits packages are limited when you accept a part-time role. We do offer career ladders and other internal advancement opportunities that provide a comprehensive benefit and compensation package with full-time status. In addition, pay is determined by ongoing evaluation of benchmarked data that compares wages to other non-profit organizations of similar size in our industry. Pay grades and ranges are built off of this data. This is important to Fraser to ensure we are competitive. Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent allows us to provide the excellent service we are known for.
Thank you again for sharing your experience.
