Regarding salary, Fraser has a compensation team that reviews salary data from comparable organizations of our size in this industry. We benchmark wages accordingly. The Developmental Trainee position is an entry level clinical role and essentially a jumping off point to a career as a clinician. We will continue to review data and determine whether the wage offered for this role appropriately reflects industry wages.
