Pros

On my first day, I was welcomed by friendly smiles, followed by a welcome sign at my desk signed by everyone in the department. From there forward, I have felt appreciated and respected by my coworkers and supervisors. It is rewarding to work for a company which recognizes their employees and works together to help our families and individuals live the quality life they deserve.

Cons

You have to use PTO hours for holidays, but you accumulate hours quickly, which roll over from year to year.

Thank you for taking the time to respond! One of our greatest strengths internally is the way our staff appreciate and work together. It's truly what sets us apart. Thanks for all you do! Regarding PTO: On years 0-5 of employment, 40 hour per week employees accrue 26 days of PTO per year. This is holiday, vacation, and sick days blended. This allows our increasingly diverse workforce to choose their respective celebrations, in addition to meeting the staffing needs of our 24/7/365 locations. When discussing separating holidays and sick days, our employees continue to choose the PTO system because overall this program works best to accommodate the needs of everyone. I'm happy to talk further about this. Please contact amanda.prince@fraser.org

Supportive, laid-back culture. Opportunities for growth. Work/life balance.

Cons

The cons are outside of their control (county/state policies make the work difficult at times)
