      Pros

      There is a great rapport between day treatment staff and it allows us to work seamlessly together which is wholly necessary when working with children.

      Cons

      Extremely poor communication from higher ups down to CPAs, and very little support during large changes made to staffing or various other stressful situations.

      Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

      Cons

      Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
