      Pros

      Great team, alot of support enjoy the clients set my own schedule, get to go out in the field and work in office supervisors are great they do to try to elevate diversity even if not a lot of diversity on the team

      Cons

      Steep learning curve with billable can be a little harder to train via Teams lack of diversity

      Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

      Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
