Pros

This company genuinely does help community members with disabilities. The team of supervisors are an endless bank of knowledge. Coworkers and higher ups are genuinely invested in your success. Hybrid work,

Cons

The salary for my line of work with my previous 3 years of experience working with adults with adults is 45,500/yr, including my college degree and minor. It is not an easy job by any means. If you haven’t worked in a my least a couple different group home or as a clinician or social worker, or at a day program, you will not do well in this industry. It is true that your experiences will matter more than the required college degree.
