This organization consistently staffs collaborative and compassionate clinicians and supervisors. You will experience what true teamwork is and how much of a difference it makes in your job. The healthcare benefits have also improved in the last year and I think it's overall great coverage.
Cons
The wages are not as high compared to other similar roles at other organizations and there are rarely opportunities to get a bonus. However, what it lacks in pay it makes up in many other aspects that other employers don't measure up to.
