      Poor pay, large caseloads, scheduling conflicts, masters degree required too move up career ladder.

      Thank you for your continued service with Fraser. We are working on a new step program for Mental Health Practitioner. We hope these steps will streamline some scheduling conflicts and make caseloads feel more manageable while rewarding MHP II’s as they work toward licensing.

      Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

      Cons

      Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
