Great mission, not so great to work for - Anonymous employee Fraser Employee Review

Pros

I had mostly nice, helpful supervisors, and pretty consistently great coworkers. The parade of adorable kids always managed to brighten your day. And working for a good cause.

Cons

Low pay and unreasonable workloads led to a constant churn in the organization. When you're expected to do the work of at least two people for such low pay that you need a part time job to still not make ends meet, burnout is inevitable. And then I got a new boss who added on another full time person's duties. I had been hoping to build a career there, but at that point I gave up and quit.

Pros

Supportive, laid-back culture. Opportunities for growth. Work/life balance.

Cons

The cons are outside of their control (county/state policies make the work difficult at times)

Pros

Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

Cons

Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
