      Well istablished company, great cause, nice people

      Cons

      Highly driven by government subsidies based on which management can cut the headcount without hesitation. Pure business dynamics even if it is nonprofit. You are expected to work overtime.

      Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

      Cons

      Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
