      Pros

      Supervisors are great and super supportive. Supervisors promote a work life balance much more than any other mental health work I have done. Actually care about me and supporting my career goals.

      Cons

      Lack of social interaction with peers/staff as it is a hybrid roll and all interaction with other staff is over zoom/teams or email.

      Great support and on boarding process. Work from home option. PTO is easy to take and find coverage for.

      Cons

      Pay is good compared to similar roles, but needs to be more. Health insurance benefit is expensive.
