Wonderful people, and work that makes you feel good at the end of the day.

As a non-profit, may not pay quite as much as for-profits.

Great benefits. Dental, Vision. Medical. 401k Match by company. Soft environment. Department personnel largely kind and helpful.

Upper management is largely unaccountable. HR can be seen showing favoritism and unprofessional critical judgement despite excellent performance. No support if found at odds with certain high paying residents. Office politics takes precedence over quality of work.
