The best coworkers, wonderful residents, and a beautiful environment to work in. I love it here! Lots of potential for professional growth. I have seen so many people get promoted while I've been here.

Cons

Frasier is a non-profit, so might not match for-profit salaries. PTO and other benefits are great.

Great benefits. Dental, Vision. Medical. 401k Match by company. Soft environment. Department personnel largely kind and helpful.

Cons

Upper management is largely unaccountable. HR can be seen showing favoritism and unprofessional critical judgement despite excellent performance. No support if found at odds with certain high paying residents. Office politics takes precedence over quality of work.
