Pros
Mediocre pay but good bonuses if you work hard enough. The harder you work the more you make. You make good friends along the way whether they are coworkers or garages that you talk to on a daily basis.
Cons
Some of the employees are favored over others and receive special treatment. You get three sick days a year and some people get way more than that without a word being said to them. The employee handbook is very unclear and does not match the rules the managers make. I didn't receive any training whatsoever, I was expected to learn on my own which I did although I had many questions along the way. Some of the managers seem very unhappy and do not have any personality. Hourly wage is mediocre and for all the money they make off of the salesman they could afford to pay them better hourly. Harassment happens here verbally and it can be self destructive but I have learned to deal with it because it's just a job and at the end of the day when I go home I get away from it. You also have caddy office workers who talk crap on others right in front of you, but you get that anywhere you go in an office setting.
