Pros

Hard working drivers who help one another because management won't. If you are friendly to the pickers and scanners who pull your parts you get out faster.

Cons

Trucks that all have some sort of issue that no matter what management ignores. The sprinter vans are worse. Two probably should not even be allowed on the road. The manager and dispatchers are arrogant and only look out for themselves. The reason they don't fix the trucks is so they save the company money and they get bonuses off of what really needs to be fixed. If someone from the warehouse doesn't do their job right and it affects the driver, the driver gets the blame.

Pros

Good benefits and discounts. Every sunday off.

Cons

48-56 hour mandatory work week with no overtime or other compensation. Lazy management that would rather belittle and threaten employees in meetings than address the core issues affecting their departments. Many long term employees have way too much authority and power for their positions. Management doesn't listen to their employees feedback or concerns, issues just get swept under the rug constantly.
