      Pros

      Made many friends and learned a lot about the auto industry.

      Cons

      Downside is that this company treats you like a number. No matter how many years you work hard and put in 50-60 hours a week, they can let you go without corrective action to be taken first. I was set up to fail in the position I was put in, and I was not trained...SO how do I grow as an employee in a new position? I cannot read minds.

      Good benefits and discounts. Every sunday off.

      Cons

      48-56 hour mandatory work week with no overtime or other compensation. Lazy management that would rather belittle and threaten employees in meetings than address the core issues affecting their departments. Many long term employees have way too much authority and power for their positions. Management doesn't listen to their employees feedback or concerns, issues just get swept under the rug constantly.
