I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. The team is made up of caring, compassionate people who truly put our residents first. Our residents make the job rewarding, and there is a strong sense of teamwork throughout the building. The work environment is positive and welcoming, and I feel supported by my supervisor, who is approachable and always willing to help when needed.

Like most long-term care facilities, the job can be demanding. Regulatory requirements and balancing multiple priorities can sometimes create stressful days. However, the support from the team helps make those challenges manageable.
