I have had a positive experience working at Freedom Pointe. I am paid well, have opportunities for career growth, and enjoy the people I work with.

The Healthcare Industry hasnt been the same since Covid. Challenges with staffing.

I have worked in the healthcare industry for over 15 years and have never worked at a place quite like this. On the community level we have a very organized team that ensures smooth operations on a daily basis. The corporation as a whole also displays high levels of organization. Management is quick to respond to concerns, they provide the tools to complete the necessary work and they take the time to invest in you as a person to help you achieve your long-term career goals. Many places that I have worked were just "jobs" and I didn't mind staying or leaving but with Freedom Pointe (and LCS) I want to stay until my retirement (which isn't for another 30+ years). This is a place to make a career if you are driven and are looking for a company that shares in your passion for superior standards of senior living.

As with all senior living facilities there is transition in clientele which can be difficult for some people.
