Transparent payment system with timely payouts. Great for building a portfolio and gaining experience across different industries. Support team is responsive and helpful when needed.
Cons
Work can be inconsistent depending on the time of year and market demand. Competitive environment – you often need to bid for projects. No traditional benefits like health insurance, PTO, or job security (as expected with freelance work). Some clients can be difficult or have unclear expectations, so screening is important.
