      Great concepts on how to be a better VFX company and employer

      Cons

      Not executed in reality. Its a basic hook of extra holidays, and pretend family orientated ideals. Their unerlying slogan being "we are better than horrible MPC people" when they literally are just bitter, ex-MPC people, using the same tactics and manipulative, dirty antics. Their HR was so low level I'm surprised it was legal, blindly( no industry experience) and solely protecting the company, especially the EP. An extremely scary to work. No thank you.
