Pros
Great job if you love to travel and have chunks of time off, plus have various work tasks. Can also network within a lot of industries and influencers.
Cons
Long days! A day does not stop at 8 hours, on average you work between 12-16 hour days and 7-10 days per program. Typically during the busy season you can work many weeks consecutively, stamina is a must. Work/Life balance is difficult to maintain.
