      - Being a freelance paralegal allows me to do my work remotely and in peace. I can avoid the unimportant interactions and meetings in an office and focus my time on productive tasks. - Freedom to work from anywhere. - Flexible schedule

      Cons

      - Still requires some on-site presence to do paperwork (but this could be outsourced). It is almost impossible to find a fully paperless law firm. - No bonuses or benefits
