Pros

This office was a good place to start a career and obtain licensure. The company covers LARE exam costs and you are exposed to every phase of the design process and all the related fields and collaborators share the same open floor plan so you learn a lot. Coworkers are great and humble people.

Cons

The management isn't great and every now and then that really impacts office and department head morale. Also, limited activities or events for networking with coworkers are organized or provided by the company. These are mainly employee organized.

Smaller company so everyone knows everyone. Friendly environment. Very flexible with proper notice.

Cons

It's an open office so it can get loud when multiple groups of people are talking.

Collaborative environment with integrated services. You get involved in a wide variety of projects. The work and life balance is excellent. The company actively encourages employee to have a fulfilling personal life.

Cons

The pay and benefits could be better.
