Pros
Some of the people are great. There are opportunities for travel.
Cons
Freeman is not very racially and ethnically diverse. They need to hire more people of color and also implement racial and ethnic diversity training to their current and future employees. This company would be great if it wasn't driven by egotistical people. There are a lot of people in management that should not be in the positions they are in. It all starts from the top. Bad management = bad employees = bad company. They do not hire or promote based on what you know or how many years you've been there, it is based on who they know and how much they like you. There is no work-life balance. The hours are extremely long and at times you are working back to back hectic days which gets very tiresome and stressful.
