Business Outlook
Pros
Very good compensation, bonus, equity, and good benefits. Previously PXP and continues into FM O&G with most staff and all management making the transition. Now more opportunities in a huge company.
Cons
Project decisions very top down. Variable management styles that can conflicting. Very understaffed for present and future projects. Needs an infusion of new blood but not a good environment to train / mentor young less experienced employees as they have always fired very experienced staff.
