Pros
Freeport is a great place to work. Love the people and the team environment. There's lots of opportunity if you work hard and collaborate well. Other things to note: Great benefits Lots of time-off Work-life balance (if you have the right manager) On-site gym at the corporate office
Cons
Upper management can make hasty decisions that affect department goals in a negative way. They also give great employees to much work and poor performing employees have little incentive to improve as merit and bonus typically remain the same as great employes. HR is little help in these situations..
