      Good starter career in insurance. They will pay for you to become licensed.

      Cons

      They do not invest in any sort of technology for customer or employee convenience it takes 30 minutes to complete a policy and uses about 30 sheets of paper PER POLICY they have no regard for trees!oh and no raises if you want a raise sell more policies

      Good energy at organization. Good management.

      Cons

      Very poor training, needs to be way more detailed. Finished platform modules in less than two weeks and then they threw me into an office, if software issue, manager comes clicks your mouse over something and walks away.
