Not applicable for sales agents

Cons

Unattainable sales goals, 60 cold calls/day, no Monday's or Friday's off, only one weekday and Sunday off, work holidays, no half-days, shifts are 8 hours, at $9 an hour. Apparently, there are opportunities to make money here, but I have to see it and I haven't seen any tangible change and I;ve been with the company since May.

Pros

Good energy at organization. Good management.

Cons

Very poor training, needs to be way more detailed. Finished platform modules in less than two weeks and then they threw me into an office, if software issue, manager comes clicks your mouse over something and walks away.
