      The organization CONTINUES to grow, improve and innovate year to year. Being a part of one of the largest Personal Lines Agencies is great, especially for our Sales Teams. Great opportunity to earn a great income, and a place to grow if that's what interests you!

      Cons

      While ANY "sales" related industry can have its challenges, and with Insurance we are sometimes at the mercy of outside factors. It's still a great field to get into.

      Pros

      Good energy at organization. Good management.

      Cons

      Very poor training, needs to be way more detailed. Finished platform modules in less than two weeks and then they threw me into an office, if software issue, manager comes clicks your mouse over something and walks away.
