      There are absolutely no Pros with this company.

      Cons

      They are not honest. They will tell you that you can bonus, but they make sure you don’t by setting unreasonable targets. Upper management is a complete nightmare and should be managing anyone! This company is what you call CHURN AND BURN! No PTO for the entire first year is a JOKE!

      Pros

      Good energy at organization. Good management.

      Cons

      Very poor training, needs to be way more detailed. Finished platform modules in less than two weeks and then they threw me into an office, if software issue, manager comes clicks your mouse over something and walks away.
