      Nice car, “free” gas, decent pto package

      Non stop work, no support from upper management, next to no training for all employees, upper management primarily hired from cell phone stands.

      Good energy at organization. Good management.

      Cons

      Very poor training, needs to be way more detailed. Finished platform modules in less than two weeks and then they threw me into an office, if software issue, manager comes clicks your mouse over something and walks away.
