Overall, there was a Great work atmosphere . The product is phenomenal. Training is extremely important, even for a beginner in skincare.

Cons

Theres limited room for growth. No succession planning. There's to much focus on frequent overly done visual flips.

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

Cons

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
