Inspiring Autonomous Appreciated Allowed to be self-sufficient Fairly consistent support from upper management Invest in employees that they believe in

Cons

Communication should be streamlined When upper management does not have answers they have a tendency to ignore the questions Lack of reciprocation for sister company discounts Sometimes ignore problems Treat every employee with the same job title equally (Store Manager, Acct Exec, Asst Store Manager etc) when there are some employees that stand out and should be recognized for it and held to a higher standard

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
