Met some great people, great collaborative environment, had ownership over projects

Cons

Wore too many hats for the salary I was making, process was all over the place, disorderly most of the time with marketing strategies changing way too frequently causing pre approved collateral to change rapidly

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

Cons

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
