Career wise you won’t get promoted hr doesn’t really help you with anything managers don’t provide no trading you will learn everything on your own . There’s a lot of favoritism in this company as well

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
