Great products and great gratis.

Cons

Leadership is very skewed here - managers have no direction. Any issues that they may have with you, they will not bring up to you until months later so it is harder to defend yourself. It is a very hypocritical and toxic environment. You are not appreciated for the hard work that you put in, but rather they will nitpick and ask you why you are not doing something else a certain way.

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

Cons

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
