Quarterly gratis, benefits package was great as it is a part of the LVMH family

Cons

Constant turnover at the corporate office, tenure is not valued. If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple years, go for it. But know that they have terminated many many roles which are either completely eliminated or downgraded.

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

Cons

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
