Cons

work life balance is challenged as the boutiques are run on limited staffing/ some upper level management does not understand how to build their employees and help them learn from their errors vs disciplnary action.

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

Cons

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
