Pros

Great products, and ability to try and use everything you sell. Highly encourages owning and using the products. Great benefits. Retail stores show much support to one another. Mostly friendly environment.

Cons

Room for growth can be a challenge with not always having the opportunity to vocalize the desire to move up. Upper management can be very unaware of ongoings in store, and are not always great at coming in to properly diagnose issues on retail level. Upper management are ok with retail managers working well above 40 hours a week which discourages an appropriate work/life balance.

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

Cons

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
