- No opportunity for growth - Hard work is not rewarded / promotions have nothing to do with work ethic or growth - lack of appreciation for lower level employees - lack of diversity on executive level

Fresh had the most fulfilling & thought-out internship program. There were many events for interns to learn about the company & the skincare industry. The office environment is very diverse, kind, & open-minded. They’re not afraid of hearing new perspectives & are always looking for new ways to innovate & improve!

Cons

None! I recommend this internship to anyone interested in the beauty & skincare industry.
