This place sucks so hard - Field Manager FreshDirect Employee Review

FreshDirect has got to be one of the worst places I’ve ever worked. It baffles me that a company that relies heavily on the delivery of their products, treat their transportation department like garbage. From the unsafe trucks to the unprofessional and disgruntled employees (management included), there isn’t much to like. There’s no support. It’s too negative. The drivers are treated and paid poorly. Everyone loves throwing each other under the bus. No sense of unity. No sense of direction. Metric system is ridiculous, redundant and useless. Poor routing system. Laughable benefits. No security. But to be fair, you can get a pack of ground beef for $2.00. Still not worth it.
