Pros

A great relaxed work environment. You feel ownership of the company because of the atmosphere created. A lot of transparency and senior management pushes this transparency to all levels.

Cons

The hours can be tough because it is a high demand and runs pretty much all day everyday. The pay is not bad but could be better.

Pros

There were no pros at this job. The leadership is unprofessional. You will be working odd hours, there will be disrespectful interactions and lack of organization. The pay is nowhere near worth the mental anguish. They go through human resources staff faster than any other company I have ever known or worked for in my 15 year career. Completely unprofessional AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
