Free food Employee discounts Paid Breaks Paid time off acquired over time After five years you get a bonus for every year after that that you've been there. 5 years-$500, 6 years-$600 etc....

Cons

Lack of respect Have to deal with hints of racism in certain departments (some more than others Favoritism Poor compensation They rather pay for barbecues and tell you other jobs don't do that for their employees than give their employees a fair raise

Pros

There were no pros at this job. The leadership is unprofessional. You will be working odd hours, there will be disrespectful interactions and lack of organization. The pay is nowhere near worth the mental anguish. They go through human resources staff faster than any other company I have ever known or worked for in my 15 year career. Completely unprofessional AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
