Pros
Consistent schedule, very structured work style, clean, big office space, friendly staff
Cons
Absent leadership, as in they don't check on you and they expect you to be your own boss. I like not being micromanaged and I like the independence, but after a few months the company feels lost, we are all just sitting at our desks like mindless zombies being bored. Our direct boss and chairman's travel so much, they are barely in office and they resign every couple months. They buy multiple companies, merge into Freshpoint, and milk the money without maintenance. We had 5 different chairman's before the merger in 2025, and it still lacks leadership and direction. Also age discrimination, I'm in my 20's and majority of staff is 45+ yrs old. And all new jobs/promotions favor those with more years of experience, not knowledge or efficiency. I was denied every internal job posting, they pulled me in and told me they favored people with 10-15 yrs exp, even though the job post said 2 years.
