Upper management is willing to show a tech you skills that you can use in your everyday life. The CEO, president and all upper management treat you as a person and not just a number. The Fresquez family treats you as if your family. As long as you take care of the Fresquez brand the company will take care of you.

Cons

The airport is open 7 days a week 365 days a year which means you work holidays. That’s not Fresquez Concessions fault.

Very few pros, to be honest with you. This is a stressful, demanding job.

Cons

Business needs come before everything. Period. Extremely difficult to request time off, unprofessional & inconsistent management, poor communication. This company will drain everything from you, ask you what’s wrong, and then gaslight you that you’re not drained.
