Head of hr is unprofessional, the Fresquez family backs his behavior. All upper management has an attitude problem. General managers do not turn in hours correctly and sometimes you don’t get included in the tip pool.

Very few pros, to be honest with you. This is a stressful, demanding job.

Cons

Business needs come before everything. Period. Extremely difficult to request time off, unprofessional & inconsistent management, poor communication. This company will drain everything from you, ask you what’s wrong, and then gaslight you that you’re not drained.
