Pros
I honestly can't think of any.
Cons
Chaotic environment Lack of consequences for students Overall shady practices Shallow administration This place is only concerned with the media and public image and perception of the organization. They do not care whether or not students are actually learning or being served as long as the public perception exists that it does. There were some good kids there, but the misbehaviors far outweighed the positive ones. Students roamed the halls, ran in and out of classrooms, had to be literally forced into classrooms by security guards when it was time to go to class. There were no consistent consequences and literally no ongoing support for teachers to deal with the behavior that impeded the learning of students who actually wanted to learn. The principal at the campus at which I worked was almost never seen in the hallways except for when visitors were there. She was more concerned with posting selfies of herself on social media than actually having anything to do with the school.
